Heart of BS13 Flower Farm has lots of flowers after our third heatwave. The Foresters Care grant, from @forestersfinancialuk, provided essential tools for the volunteer gardening team at The Ardagh: a new wheelbarrow, six pairs of secateurs and snips, and sharpening equipment.@the ardagh is a community hub at the heart of Horfield Common, providing volunteering, sports, leisure, and wellbeing facilities alongside public gardens, a daily café, and spaces for community activities — from gardening to a Repair Café, events, and performances.The impact has been direct and positive, the new equipment means tasks progress faster and volunteers feel supported.Better-maintained gardens mean a better space for everyone who uses The Ardagh. Here's the fabulous line up for this Saturday's market! It'll be a hot one for our traders so please come and support them, plenty of shady spaces under the trees at The Ardagh 🌳🌳 We also have live music from Golden Hilberries, Boxcar and Flute & Friends.
