SCHUBAS 2022. One of so many magical experiences in Chicago. Insane energy. Insane heat. Insane amount of ppl in a tiny room. In three days we return at slam the @cobralounge for a repeat- kicking off the three shows we have left on the books for the foreseeable future. Come go off, hang out and get your fill before the public hibernation begins. Gonna be a wild trek.

This is IT for the band for a red hot minute. We got lots to do that we’re really excited to tell you about but that is a conversation for some time in the future. So. I urge you to come hang. We will leave nothing. We will give everything. Get your fill. LETS GO.

My first time witnessing the absolutely undefinable raw power and intensity that is #TheArmed was exciting, dangerous, and addictive. I can not wait for another show. They are one of the loudest, sexiest, coolest and most unpredictable bands I have ever photographed and it was an honor to shoot them as they tore through a vicious set at @warsawconcerts last week.
More to come.. I have a whole post I want to create just for the crowd surfing. But here are some of my favorite snaps of these mega talented noise gremlins onstage.

THE ARMED AT HOUSE OF BLUES HOUSTON

By far the best day of 2026 so far. Having the opportunity to document my favorite band was a full circle moment for me. Forever grateful for everything this band stands for. Thank you @thearmedixi

THIS IS IT, FOLKS.

Closing the books on 2026 with some fun with our homies in @yardactband . LAST CHANCE to see The Armed for a GOOD WHILE as we descend back into the underground and see just how many LA-2 compressors you can stack on every recorded track of something before it goes full “bee hive mode.”

Yes. That means what you think. But do not weep for long. NO REST FEST is merely taking a gap year. It returns in 2027 bigger and better than ever. Trust. It’s gonna be wild.

We are going to obliterate these shows. Reintroducing a couple Perfect Saviors bangers back into the set to lull the YA crowd into a false sense of security before levelling them with songs that barely qualify as music.

Come hang, let’s absolutely annihilate.
