If you’ve ever thought about teaching what you make… this is your sign.
Here are 5 reasons tutorials can completely change your handmade business:

1️⃣ Make it once, sell it forever.
You don’t have to spend hours making the same product — give someone else the joy of creating it.

2️⃣ More time + more income.
Digital tutorials work in the background while you get your life back.

3️⃣ The demand is already there.
Comments like “you could make this!” or “where did you buy the beads/thread/materials?” are literally people asking you to teach them.

4️⃣ It’s incredibly rewarding.
There’s nothing like seeing someone create something magical because of you.

5️⃣ The skill pays off in so many ways.
Teaching becomes its own income stream — mine has now turned into multiple.

Pretty isn’t enough your content needs to connect.
In my new course, I show how to film, light, and frame your handmade work so people don’t just admire it… they want it.

When I look back at this year… wow. I’ve grown so far all while starting a second business at the same time.

Every single week, I’ve been on calls with an incredible community of women building their own handmade businesses. I’ve been teaching everything I know… but the wildest part?

I’ve learned just as much from THEM. 💛

We’ve grown together. We’ve shared ideas, mistakes, wins, and fears. And it’s taken me further than I ever imagined because staying focused is so much easier when you’re not doing it alone.

I’m so, so grateful for this community. Thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to more magic, more growth, and more handmade dreams coming to life. ✨ by @theartisansalchemy

It’s not luck.
It’s not “post once and pray.”
It’s a launch plan… and years of building momentum, little by little.

First, I set a restock date and tell everyone ahead of time.
Then when I launch? I don’t disappear. I talk.
I reply to every comment, every DM, every person who loves crafts or is even slightly curious. I don’t wait for people to find me I go out and connect with them.

And after the launch? I don’t stop.
I keep talking about it, reminding people, showing what’s inside, sharing the magic.

I’ve done this over and over for years and that’s how the growth happened.
Not overnight… but through real connection and consistency. by @theartisansalchemy

A few years ago, I realised something huge:
every time I posted a new suncatcher, my comments were FLOODED with:

✨ “Where can I buy the materials?”
✨ “Can you teach me this?”
✨ “You could totally make this!!” (friends tagging friends)

Some artists get annoyed at these comments…
but I saw gold dust.

Why fight what your audience is literally begging you for?
Why not give them the magic they’re asking for?

So I added DIY kits + tutorials.
A tiny shift… that completely transformed everything.

More time.
More freedom.
More sales than I ever dreamed.
And a community of 360k @vanircreations whimsical souls who love learning the craft with me.

If your audience is asking — listen.
Sometimes the path to 6-figures is right there in your comments. by @theartisansalchemy

For the longest time, I thought:
“No, I can’t make tutorials… people should just buy the finished product.”

But the universe kept sending the same message:

🌟 “Where did you get the charms?”
🌟 “Can you show us how you make these?”
🌟 “OMG you could make this!!”

And instead of getting frustrated…
I got curious.

What if sharing my process wasn’t taking away from my handmade business…
but expanding it?

Spoiler: it was.

Adding DIY kits + tutorials became the most magical pivot of my business.
It saved me time, brought in more income streams,
and helped me build a loyal community of 360k creatives.

Offering your audience what they’re already asking for isn’t “giving away too much.”
It’s meeting them where their wonder lives.

And that’s where the real growth happens. ✨ by @theartisansalchemy

And that doesn’t even include the six other income streams I’ve built Patreon, YouTube, digital tutorials, and more.

It all started with one thing:
creating good content consistently.

In the handmade world, your photos and videos are your storefront.
And most makers underestimate this.

You don’t just need “pretty pictures”…
You need scroll-stopping visuals that:
🌙 Capture your magic
🔮 Share your story
✨ Show your process
🌈 And make people feel something

The number one thing your online business needs?
Images and videos that look incredible and knowing what to film in the first place.
This is where most artists get stuck… and where everything changed for me.

If you’re a handmade artist and want to learn exactly how I create content that reaches hundreds of thousands…

✨ Your clips in your Reels are too long! ✨

Attention spans on IG are tiny people swipe FAST.
Go and look at the most successful handmade accounts… their clips are quick, snappy, and always moving. That’s why you watch till the end.

If you want more views, more eyes on your products, and more sales shorten your clips. Keep the energy flowing. Keep the magic alive.
