Today class we are painting a portrait on a silk dress and lemme tell ya…it’s a challenge

If you want to paint on fabric like this you have to give the material a foundation first, normally artists charge for teaching this but I’m feeling generous.

The first few layers matter most. And most likely the paint will bleed through, which is why I add a towel or something underneath to separate from what you don’t want paint on…

Guys I’m so excited to finally reveal what I’ve been working on for the last year. LUXURY CREATIVE is now a global infrastructure art house, a one stop shop for clients to experience bespoke customization. Render art on bags with our AI tool tailor made to bring imagination to life, keep everything in one place with our client portal (choose asthetic light mode or dark mode depending on mood) place orders directly through portal whether corporate gifting or someone who loves to customize their own personal collection. Luxury Creative app is near completion and will drop soon. Link in bio taken in Los Angeles, California by @theartmane

Drawing I did for Tom Petty 15 years ago while I was incarcerated, took nearly a year to complete, with a pencil the size of my pinky finger. I would literally focus on a rock a day, a ripple of water a day. Meanwhile I was cooking in my cell, no AC, no running water, the most inhumane conditions imaginable. My art and hope for a better future got me through. Tom sent me a note with one of his doodle drawings on it to return the favor, and the sentence that meant the most to me has survived to this day while everything else has vanished 🥲🎸 We love and miss you Tom by @theartmane
