Yet here we are, you’ve been sharing and saving these like crazyyy but what makes my heart the warmest is when I see a comment that the quote found you at the perfect time. It sprinkles me with both goosebumps and love, and always reminds me that each of us is sometimes a message for someone else, a puzzle piece in someone else’s story, a sign they read while they rest on their path.

I think this is one of the hardest parts of changing your life.
You can feel yourself becoming someone different long before you can point to anything outside of you and say “See? It worked.”

You’ve done the inner work, you’ve made different choices.
You’ve stopped abandoning yourself. You’ve learned to listen to your own voice. You’ve walked away from things you once would have begged to keep. You’ve become more honest about what you want. And yet…

The relationship hasn’t arrived.
The opportunity hasn’t appeared.
The money hasn’t changed.
The life you imagined still feels like it’s somewhere out there.

And this is where I think so many of us accidentally turn against ourselves.

We start looking for proof.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong.
Maybe I’m not aligned enough.
Maybe I need to heal one more thing.
Maybe I need to work harder.

But what if the silence isn’t proof that nothing is happening?

What if you’re simply in that strange space where you have changed, but your reality hasn’t finished rearranging itself around that change yet?

You don’t need to keep digging for another wound to heal just because you can’t see the result yet.

Sometimes the next step isn’t more work.

Sometimes it’s staying with yourself long enough to let what you’ve already changed become visible.

That’s what trust is.

Not pretending you know exactly how it will happen.

Not forcing yourself to be positive when you’re tired.

Just refusing to make the absence of evidence mean that nothing is happening.

You may be much closer than you think.

It’s not too late, you didn’t miss it. Maybe you’re standing in the part of the story where everything is moving out of sight and it feels like dead beat silence and crickets. And I know that’s hard. Especially when everyone else seems to be getting their answer. But a quiet season isn’t a final verdict. And a delay is never a rejection, only protection. So maybe right know we don’t know what this delay is protecting you from. Maybe there is a better scenario, maybe you need to be able to hold your blessing before it comes, we don’t know now. But what we do know is that whatever it is, it’s happening in the best possible way for you.

So maybe this current route seems weird and confusing, but it will make the perfect sense one day.

Until you get to that one day the best skill you can practice right now is trust, especially when nothing is confirmed and everything is silent and ‘seems stuck’.

You don’t need to know exactly where this is going before you take the next step. You’re allowed to move with questions, you’re allowed to trust without having proof, you’re allowed to take the step simply because something in you keeps saying, go.

Not every step is meant to reveal the whole path. Sometimes the only thing you’re being asked to know is: this is my next step. And then you take it and you let the path meet you there.

The only thing you need on this journey is trust, trust in yourself, your intuition and trust in the timing of your life.

Maybe you’re not actually unready, maybe it just doesn’t feel perfect enough yet and perfect feels safe. And I know that feeeeels like high standards. But sometimes it’s fear in a very polished outfit. Avoidance in trying to make everything perfect.

You can make it better after it exists. You can’t improve something you never started.

Maybe this is your reminder not to give up on something just because you can’t see how it could possibly happen anymore.

I know that feeling. When you’ve hoped for something for so long that you start thinking, okay… maybe this just isn’t happening for me.

But life can change so quickly and in such weird pathways.

You can have absolutely no idea how something could work out, and then one little thing moves and suddenly there’s a path where you couldn’t see one before.

So if there’s still a little part of you that hopes, let it.

You don’t have to know how. You don’t have to have proof. You don’t even have to feel wildly optimistic about it.

Just don’t give up hope now. Not yet🧡

It’s easy to believe when everything is working. It’s easy to trust when you can see the signs, when the money is coming in, when the opportunity is right there, when everything is moving. But what about when it’s quiet?

When you’ve been trying, believing, visualising, praying, creating and you’re still looking around thinking, okay Universe, I’m gonna need you to give me SOMETHING here.

That’s where I think we learn a completely different kind of trust. The kind that says:

“I have no fucking clue how this will happen but I’m not going to abandon myself just because I can’t see the answer yet.”

And maybe that’s what you’re being asked to practice right now. Not blind optimism. Just staying open long enough for life to surprise you.

Life will ask you to keep believing before you have any evidence that you should.

And that is a skill worth building.
