Welcome to the Grind. 🦾
This is a raw, unfiltered look at my bodybuilding journey. No highlight reels just the reality of the work. FYI- I am not a coach, what works for me might not work for you.
**What you’ll see here:**
* **The Phases:** I’m documenting the entire cycle that is from the grit of off-season to the calculated precision of contest prep. No shortcuts, no secrets.
* **The Fuel:** Exactly what I eat to hit my goals. And how I manage my nutrition when the hunger hits (and when it doesn’t).
* **The Grind:** Real training sessions and the discipline it takes to stay consistent.
Bodybuilding is 99% discipline and 1% everything else. I’m documenting the process the good, the hard, and everything in between.
**Let’s get to work.** 🤙🏾 by @theashleypress
