On the Grind. Been locked in lately.

Official 3rd Gen Pilates teacher-made it official baby.
Last WE passed this one back to class.
Pre & Post Natal FAMO Fascia Training stacking up the craft. This year I said learn & meant that properly: movement, rhetorics, Chinese & optimimizing my body.
Anatomy & Chinese Pronounciation nearly had me done.
Boy, I’ve got many at my core — and I don’t mean abs,
Got my people, got my family, got the ones that had my back. Didn’t see me much this year, I was buried in the grind, So if I made it through the madness, it’s ‘cause you were by my side. 🫶🏽 by @theasiggel

Cheers 🥃 to 28!
What a wonderful weekend filled with love.
Yesterday we married two of our loved once and spent a cozy day today that started with Hydrangeas & Carrot cake and ended with Christopher Nolans Odyssee (huge rec btw).

On my birthday every year the people around me bring out their inner poets and outperform themselves with the lovliest little texts and words which is the biggest gift I could ever ask for.

Couldnt be more grateful that love is so omnipresent in my life🫶🏼

L’amore vince sempre 🫶🏼No words to describe how alive beginning of May made me feel 🤎Two of ma girlz got engaged and I danced to all the music this world has to offer. I’m no member of any church but if I think back towards the last days it makes me wanna express so much gratitude towards how my life turned out and which people are part of my life. by @theasiggel

Commitment & carbs 🤎

The last two weekends were fab
- spend loads of time with our lived ones
- had the most amazing food
- Deep cleaned the house
- Discovered that anthropic has a free claude code skilljar
- Had 3 seperate AIs code and create a website

What shall I say deep down I am just nerd by @theasiggel

Different generations

Yeah well my dad, Tuesday would have marked his BDay
My dad was of a different generation
A generation that used money clips instead of wallets
A generation that lifted their heads within a head nod in order to say goodbye
A generation dressed up in a suit all day everyday as if it was their uniform
Wishing people a nice day whenever parting
Signing important documents with a nice pen in order to enhance how special opportunities were
I feel so much of that has gone lost on me but some of it has been engrained in my DNA and I hope dearly to bring back in my kids one day what that generation once valued since manners and personal values are, and forever will be, the most expensive thing we will ever be able to pass on

Looking at my smallest nephew today saying „yes please“ and „no thank you“ whenever opportunity allowed made me incredibly proud because it proofs that even over three generations we were able to keep some of the chivalry alive 🫶🏼 by @theasiggel
