This brief message might seem unusual…but…Get a pen. Yes—just a pen. 🖊️

Then read the new book “Covert Self-Defense” by @theatomicbear

Preparing to defend yourself is not inviting danger into your life.
It’s not fear.
It’s awareness.
It’s responsibility.
It’s love—for yourself and those you care about.

We don’t attract problems by being prepared.
We attract safety, calm, and confidence.

There’s an old saying I love:
“Trust in Allah, but tether your camel first.”

Have faith.
Live with love.
And still… lock the door, buckle the seatbelt, and know how to protect yourself if life ever demands it.

Peace is strongest when it’s prepared.
Wisdom is gentle—and practical.

Watch the reel.
Grab a pen.
Choose preparedness over fear. Expect miracles.

Look at what just came in the mail! Perfect Segway to my Pen pal series I did with Rj. This book covers the importance of understanding the laws of self defense and finding a less than lethal option that is readily available at all times but with some training.." the pen is mightier than the sword" as they say.

Even the wisest man feels the jolt. Seneca said so 2,000 years ago.

Fear isn't the problem. Freezing is. Keep your plan and your tool simple.

This isn’t just a pen. 👀🖊️ Built for everyday use with an emergency-ready design that gives you a little extra peace of mind wherever you go. Definitely one of those “better to have it and not need it” items.

Our intuition is to use keys to make our fist more menacing. Bad people know it won’t do anything. I carry the Stealth Pen Pro. In addition to be a useful pen, it has a concealed glass breaker, and really good grip, so it does not break or fly off my hand when I strike with it. The good thing with a pen is that I can walk around with it… it doesn’t get attention.#atomicbearpartner by @theatomicbear

Mokume TiZr is a Japanese technique that mixes metals to create beautiful effects. I am tempted to make this version of the Guardian. I used AI to render what it would look like. Should I? Let me know in comments below! by @theatomicbear
