You wouldn’t believe it. This is the 5th time this week. Internet magically gets better when I sign into TalkTalk. There have been cases of TalkTalk employees accidentally telling customers they slow down their customers internet on purpose. Now, I am not a massive conspiracy type guy. But weird this happened to me 5 times. Right?! @talktalk ? by @theaveragegreen

Promises promises @talktalk Broken promises. (This was last month). Consumer rights. ‘When you buy a broadband package, you are tied into a contract with your chosen provider. This contract will promise a certain level of service and if this service is not met, your provider may be in breach of contract.’ Oof. So, it could work like this. I complain, done that. You have 8 weeks to reply, maybe a ‘deadlock letter’, although in that time I’ll still be posting stuff like this. Then maybe the Ombudsman. @talktalk let’s try and not get it to them. x by @theaveragegreen

@talktalk It’s not easy working from home when you need the internet. You asked me to DM. Guess what, nothing happened. No surprise. Gladly moving to Sky tomorrow. However, @talktalk. I will be asking for money back. More than enough evidence and also have a screenshot of you telling me 100% that the problem will be fixed. Making the switch to @broadband.sky in a few weeks due to @talktalk being absolutely useless. Obv still with them until Sky takeover. These are our incredible speeds this morning. It was 3mbps yesterday for an hour. Rang them, ‘nothing they can do’. Great customer service…. Just to add, really helpful speeds when you work from home! by @theaveragegreen

@dazn.uk When I buy the NFL GamePass. I expect to watch Miami Dolphins. Considering the tag line for the app is ‘all NFL games’. So, why is the Dolphins v Chargers game the only game this Sunday you cannot watch?! Yes. I am expecting a reply. I don’t fancy talking to a robot and being 523rd in line. Yeah, you heard me right. Can’t make this up. 😂 by @theaveragegreen
