🥯 If you’ve been searching for authentic NY-style bagels in the Bay Area, @thebageltopia needs to be on your list!

🙌 Bageltopia was founded when Jeff Davis, Dan Graf, and Mike Daillak came together to create a neighborhood bagel shop centered around quality, creativity, and community. After years in the wholesale bagel world, Dan wanted a more personal customer experience and the freedom to bring his ideas to life.

🎊 Their bagels are slowly fermented over 5 days before being boiled and baked, creating deep flavor and the perfect balance of chewiness and texture. It’s the kind of attention to detail that earned praise from The New York Times, who called them “Bagels as good as Brooklyn’s.”

🥕🥯 What really stood out to me was how much care goes into every part of the menu. Everything is made in-house, from the spreads and cream cheese to their house-smoked vegan carrot lox. They also have one of the most creative and inclusive vegan bagel menus I’ve seen, with flavor combinations that feel just as intentional as the classics!

💟 Whether you’re vegan or a bagel traditionalist, Bageltopia does both incredibly well!
