Ibu Kota Baru Indonesia Mulai Hari Ini, Nusantara, Kalimantan

On Today’s Independence Indonesia will Inaugurate it’s new capital city Nusantara, taking over from Jakarta as the previous capital.

Nusantara aims to revolutionise on a global level, setting priorities straight from its opening. it has been under construction since 2022 and aims to provide a carbon neutral, sustainable and well thought out living and work space. Providing baked in infrastructure for public transportation, walkways ways and working zones.

We tried a new Indian restaurant in Denpasar & Ubud.

Being raised in London, we have been spoilt with some of the best
Indian Cuisine in the world and have been craving a restaurant in Bali that can match it.

Sitara Menu was very extensive and had plenty of vegetarian & vegan options (Whole 3 Pages)
The Butter Chicken was insane with the Garlic Naan - We were given a complimentary Tea Tarik
Which we hadn’t tried before but is definitely a new favourite.

Highly Recommend Checking out this place if you are in Ubud or Denpasar and fancy some great
Indian Food.
