Congratulations, Amari Dosunmu! 💙⚽️

I’m incredibly proud and grateful to have watched your journey from the age of 3, when you first walked through the doors at @limitless_sportsfc - to now signing for @chelseafcacademy

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with you over the past year. We’ve put in the work behind the scenes, grafting through sunshine, rain, and storms. Amari is without doubt one of the most naturally gifted young talents I’ve ever worked with, but what makes him truly special is his hunger to improve and his willingness to work harder than anyone else.

At just 8 years old, he possesses a level of determination and commitment that I’ve only ever seen in elite players. We’ve trained through tears, pain, and challenges, but moments like this remind us exactly why the hard work is worth it.

A special mention to his dad, whose sacrifices and dedication deserve so much credit. The commitment he shows every single day to give his son the best opportunity to develop is something I truly admire.

This is not the finish line - it’s only the beginning.

The standards get higher.
The work gets tougher.
The commitment gets greater.

We’re not slowing down. We’re only getting started.

Targets have been set. Dreams are being chased. The journey continues.

Remember the name…

✨ Amari Dosunmu ✨

PROUD COACH MOMENT. 💫⚽️

Massive congratulations to Diyar on signing for professional club Peterborough United.

This journey makes this one extra special.

Diyar first came to us as a winger… and after a few back-and-forth conversations 🤣 I convinced him he could become a top left back. From that moment on, the work began.

For a whole year this boy grafted — showing up 5 times a week, learning, improving and solving new problems every single session.

A year later came the call! Hats off to mum and dad for the sacrifice they’ve made for this young man!

Moments like that are honestly some of the best parts of being a coach.

Another one over the line for @limitless_sportsfc 📈

Proud of you Diyar — but like I told you…

The hard work starts NOW.

Freedom to express yourself doesn’t come without earning the license to do so in the first place. I always prefer my players to show that they have the heart, passion and desire that will win you games and earn their space to perform and entertain with moments of magic 🪄

One of the biggest privileges I have as a coach is being able to say I played a part in a player’s journey. ⚽️❤️

But the journey is so much bigger than what you see on social media.

The sessions that aren’t pretty enough for Instagram.
The mistakes. The setbacks. The repetition.
The work nobody sees - but the work that makes ALL the difference.

The hours spent speaking with parents who share the same passion for their son to reach his ceiling.

I’m grateful for every parent who trusts me with their child’s development. Not just to improve their footballing ability, but to help build the mindset, character and resilience needed to last in this game - and in life.

Because coaching has never just been about creating better footballers.

It’s about developing people.

That is passion.
That is trust.
That is culture. ⚽️
