Only a month in and feeling the love from the YouTube email! A big Thankyou for the support in making this channel.

A long way to go before the algorithms 📈 start to pick us up in the searches but a journey has start with a step.

Any recommendations or feedback always warmly received moving forward.

We’ve just posted a requested “Beginners CORE” video 📺 that works beautifully as a precursor to the “B.A.S.I.C.S. CORE” working on strengthening up and down the spine to be able to build up to a 1 minute plank.

The sun ☀️ is out and looks like summer is coming. Wishing you guys a wonderful weekend!💚

New workout out on YouTube. If you’re into kettlebells this is a nice 10 min circuit that is a progression focusing on the core. If you have the time and fancy the challenge try carrying out 2-3 rounds. Good luck!

📺Just uploaded a new 10 minute Kettlebell workout 📺.

It’s a good all rounder with a Core theme. Keeping it functional for off and on the mats.

Good drills for getting on and off the sun lounger 🌞

If you’ve got the time and fancy a challenge try 2-3 laps of the kettlebell circuit. Just hit the main session chapter when you wish to start another lap.

I’m looking to start this coming week with a smash. It’s going to be 22C here on Tuesday 🤩 and summer vibes are starting to show with the time change. Come on Monday what have you got!!

The first black Africans to compete in the Olympics were Tswana tribesmen from South Africa

August 30 1904, two Tswana tribesmen, Len Tau (Len Taunyane) and Yasmani ( Jan Mashiani), they were referred to as LenTau and Yasmani because officials could not pronounce their surnames, became the first black Africans to compete in the modern Olympics when they ran in the Summer Olympics men's marathon held in St Louis. They had been in St Louis on a Boer Ear Exbibit in Louisiana Purchase Exposition held alongside games when they decided to enter the marathon at the last minute.

Tau ran barefoot on an insuitable course and over dusty roads, so dusty that it caused many of the athletes to collapse. Tau finished ninth and Mashiani came twelfth. This was a disappointing to Tau as many observers were sure he could have done better if he had not been chased nearly a mile off course by aggressive dogs.
