I was originally just going to drop this in my stories, but I realized I need this documented on the grid for when I’m scrolling through memories in the old folks’ home. I’ve attempted a tomato garden more years than I can count, and honestly, a four-tomato yield is usually a sweeping success for me. And to be clear, I mean four ripe tomatoes, not four surviving plants! So, imagine my absolute delight when I went out for my SECOND harvest of the summer and filled this entire bowl!!! The bottom is hiding plenty of cherry tomatoes, but please take a moment for these big, beautiful heirlooms. I am so tempted to shellac them and display them on a shelf forever. But alas, a rich tomato soup and a crispy ooey gooey grilled cheese are on the menu tonight. 🍅🥫🍅 by @thebaubshow

With the help of our Uncles we surprised Leo with tickets to see Benson Boone for his 13th birthday.
Jay came up with 3 riddles to solve. First was to figure out the date, second was the place and third was the artist. Leo was happy and proud of himself to simply solve each riddle. It’s June in the background that puts the pieces together. Leo’s reaction is everything. I think this video will forever bring tears to my eyes.

Well, that was fun! For my 13th birthday, my Aunt @cindyrhopkins took me to see my first concert: Madonna’s Who’s That Girl Tour on July 15, 1987, at the Kingdome in Seattle. We had fold-up seats on the field, and everyone stood. I was so short that I stood on my chair, and I still could only see when she was on the upper conveyor belt. It didn’t matter. It was, and still is, one of the greatest nights of my childhood. So, it was a no-brainer when I found out my nephew wanted to see his absolute favorite singer, @bensonboone, for his own 13th birthday. Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate a very special friendship, one that began twenty-five years ago.⁣
⁣
You never really know when you first meet someone how the story will unfold. Will it just be a fun evening over a glass of wine, a casual acquaintance you occasionally bump into around town, or someone who is going to get into the trenches with you and stay by your side for life? When that rare, lifelong connection happens, you just know. You don’t question it, you simply go with it, finding endless gratitude in the beautiful ways it evolves over time.⁣
⁣
We have seen each other through tremendous heartbreaks, and we have laughed much harder than we probably should have at the absolute silliest things. She stood up and officiated my wedding, and she sat down to cosign my mother’s death certificate. I have been by her side for some of her darkest moments, and I consider it the greatest honor to play a role in her brightest moments, her daughters’ lives.⁣
⁣
Then, there is the absolute joy of watching her work. I have seen her go from nervously excited to option a book, to producing five movies, to now running a fully functioning production company. I watched her and Kate draft their very first Happy Place post, I gladly played guinea pig when it came time to test their first recipe, and I get to cheer them on as they open their first brick-and-mortar store. I absolutely love lassoing her wild ideas and harnessing them into a beautiful reality.⁣
⁣
She is the only person I know who can hand me a glass of wine, and I will take it without hesitation, knowing a brilliant night of fun is guaranteed to follow. I love her family like my own, and I am endlessly inspired by her quiet refusal to stop. With her, there is always just a little bit more to see, do, and accomplish.⁣
⁣
I love you, @jogarciaswisher, and I wish you the very happiest birthday. I am so grateful for the day we met, and even more so for all the love and adventures we have shared since. Wishing you so many more laughs, boundless abundance, and beautiful dreams yet to come true. xoxo by @thebaubshow
