A glimpse into the actual farm where our matcha was grown. A traditional cultivation behind every bowl.

What’s special about our matcha? Our single-cultivar Samidori is traditionally straw-shaded for 40 days, allowing the leaves to develop their vibrant color, deep umami, and delicate sweetness. The leaves are then selectively hand-picked, and slowly stone-milled in Uji, Japan.
