From Our Kitchen To Your Table · Vol. 3 Hay chef que aprenden en una escuela y otros que aprenden por hambre de saber. Chef Giovanni Aponte es de los segundos. Empezó a cocinar a los 12 años. Desde entonces ha ido de cocina en cocina, de Aguadilla a Isabela y a Rincón y aprendió mirando, preguntando y probando. Hoy nos trae lo que esa curiosidad le enseñó: Asia y Puerto Rico en una misma mesa. Another table full of unforgettable moments.✨ Thank you to everyone who joined us for the second edition of From Our Kitchen To Your Table. Together we shared an experience where culinary artistry, handcrafted cocktails. Chef @cocinartx brought his Japanese inspired restaurant, @bentocaborojo to our kitchen for one unforgettable evening. Through a thoughtfully curated tasting menu he took us on a journey of Japanese inspired flavors infused with Puerto Rican ingredients and modern techniques. From pristine seafood and delicate umami notes to rich, comforting finishes, every course was a celebration of creativity, precision and flavor. Perfectly paired with cocktails by @_guash and live music by @waltergarci_a an every element came together to create an atmosphere that felt warm, intimate and alive throughout the evening. To everyone who reserved a seat shared a meal raised a glass and became part of the experience, thank you. Your energy and support continue to make these nights so special.
