What a crazy week !
Our renovation has finally started so we moved out to our rental, 36 weeks pregnant in a heat wave 😮‍💨 crazy timing, but after the longest planning process and so many amendments I’m just so relieved things are happening and I can finally get settled before baby arrives! 📍The Keswick Launch is the best way to travel around Derwentwater, the views were amazing even with the fog.
It’s a 50 minute trip around the lake, or you can hop on and off as much as you like. taken in Keswick, Cumbria by @thebeginningofyou____

📍 Castlerigg Stone Circle

We made a sunset stop here as Arthurs learning about the Stone Age at school, so it was pretty cool for him to see this in real life. The boys absolutely loved running races around the circle too — Burning off some boy energy, with amazing views! 🙌🏽⛰️

Fun fact: the stone circle is around 5,000 years old, about 500 years older than Stonehenge and built long before the Egyptian pyramids! 🪨 taken in Castlerigg stone circle by @thebeginningofyou____

📍Elterwater > Cathedral Cave

Definitely the highlight of the trip for the boys 🥹🪨🔦 Exploring the cave with their own little head torches, feeling like proper explorers!

I loved watching them exploring together, completely in awe of it all.

September has absolutely flown by ☀️🍎🍂

The boys have settled into their new school so well, which makes me so happy. Arthur has made lots of new friends, just like I knew he would. He’s such a confident, sociable, kind and inclusive little boy makes me so proud.

Hugo’s given school a 10/10 🥹. It’s been a little more emotional for him though, as he’s really missed not having as much time together, and so have I 😢

Bertie is officially on the move, taking his first steps! Also hilarious that I thought I’d have so much more time to get things accomplished now both boys are at school, forgot theres no chill with a 1-year-old 😅

A month of big changes, growing up and lots of proud mummy moments, house progress and quality girls time filling up our cups. Feeling very emotional and very grateful 🤍 by @thebeginningofyou____
