🥪 Bend Central District shoutout: @wichdoctorsandwiches is bringing serious summer flavor. ☀️

✨ Their Peach Pit sandwich special stacks sliced prosciutto, fresh peaches, chili crisp, fresh mozzarella and basil on a Sparrow Bakery baguette. Sweet, salty, spicy and stacked. 🍑🌶️

And don’t overlook the potato salad from their ‘sides’ options: yellow and red potatoes with dill-pickled cucumber, red onion, house mayo and cured egg yolk. 🥔✨

It’s creative, craveable food like this that makes the Bend Central District such a fun place to eat, explore and support local. 👏🏻

The best coffee shop in Bend you’ve probably never visited.

They recently moved from @somewhere_thats_green to its new home @dogwoodatthepineshed , and this boutique; slow bar is serving one of Bend’s most thoughtful and distinctive coffee experiences. 🌿✨

Owner Cole has built a concept centered on curiosity, conversation and genuinely understanding what’s in your cup. My experiences with Cole have always been warm and genuine. Certainly one of the kindest and most authentic humans I’ve met in our Bend community— 🤝🏻 💛

Little Cole is powered by Phoenix-based @moxiecoffeeco , known for sourcing uncommon specialty coffees and roasting relatively light to showcase each coffee’s natural brightness, sweetness and character. 🌎🫘

During my recent visit, the rotating pour-over menu featured coffees from Guatemala, Colombia and Ethiopia, with tasting notes ranging from blackberry, milk chocolate and delicate florals to strawberry blossom, purple grape, apricot, jasmine and honeysuckle. 🍇🍫🌸 These are naturally occurring tasting notes—not added flavors. 💯👏🏻

Espresso drinkers have plenty to explore too, including a latte, flat white, long black and espresso tonic, plus signatures like the 1/5 with espresso, orange juice and vanilla; Cherree with shaken espresso, cherry juice, rosemary, raw sugar, oat milk, vanilla and cherries; and the Dusty B with espresso, sage, salted honey and milk. 🍊🍒🌿

I ordered the wildly-creative and yummy 👉🏻 Under the Mesquite—a roasted three-chile brown sugar lemonade made with chiltepin, habanero and jalapeño, honey and Nekohama Matcha, finished with a Maldon salt rim and a fresh jalapeño garnish. 🌶️🍵🍋 The more you stir it, the spicier it gets! 🔥

Bright, earthy, sweet, citrusy and layered with slow-building heat, it tastes like a spicy margarita reimagined with matcha—and it’s easily one of the most original coffee drinks I’ve tried in Bend. 🤩 ☕️

Go meet Cole, ask questions and order something outside your usual routine. This is coffee worth slowing down for. ☕️ 💚

No better way to celebrate being married to my handsome guy than a trip to Bend, Oregon to relax for the weekend.

We stayed at the @campfirehotel and let 👏🏼 me 👏🏼 tell 👏🏼 you…we fell in love the second we drove onto the property.

Pool. Hot tub. Canteen bar…and a BREAKFAST BURRITO TRUCK!

I mean, does it get any better than that?! I don’t think so!

This owner operated slow coffee bar is such a vibe and a must try! If you love high quality pour overs or trying specialty concoctions you won’t find anywhere else then you gotta give Cole a visit. Hours are Thu-Sun 8-2.

✅ The easiest ways to reach their shop are:

• Head south on NE 2nd Street from the north
• Access the business from NE Greeley Ave. coming either east or west
