In this role, you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating STBB’s training system, supporting the needs of managers and internal facilitators, maintaining training standards and records, preparing training calendars and reports, and driving learning capability across the business.

The ideal candidate is organised, service-oriented, dependable, proactive, and passionate about developing people. The applicant should have approximately 5 years’ experience in a training co-ordination or human resources role, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a working knowledge of South African skills development requirements.

Additionally, the ideal candidate has strong planning and administrative discipline and is able to maintain attention to detail without losing sight of the broader picture.

The salary is market-related and the successful applicant will be based at STBB Cape Town.
