The Biscotti Bar started as a dream while pursuing my goal to attend PA school, blending my love for baking with a passion for creating something special. I have always loved and enjoyed baking family recipes, but turning it into a business has shown me the power of dedication, resilience, and balance. Since starting PA school, things have been busy and hectic, though I still find myself using any, and all of my free time in the kitchen, baking. Putting on my apron, and breaking out the mixer is one of my favorite things.

Balancing life as a small business owner and a PA student is challenging and fulfilling in ways I never imagined. With the love & support of my incredible family & this community, we will continue to grow this business & bake delicious Italian cookies. It is my passion to be able to share our family traditions with others. After all, I learned everything I know from being in the kitchen with my mom and grandmas for years. I am so grateful for all of the love and support that has brought me here. A reminder that things always works out & a girl CAN dream! Looking forward to a biscotti filled summer 💖🌟 🍪 🥂
