Don’t let the stress take over. Take some time out, put on your favourite tunes and give yourself room to breathe. 🎶💚

Your mental health matters. You don’t have to do everything today, and it’s okay to pause or reach out when things feel heavy.

Be kind to yourself, check in on your people and enjoy the weekend. 🙌

I found a lost Second Protocol track featuring the legendary vocals of Singing Fats.

This unreleased archival find blurs the lines between UK garage, drum and bass, and two-step breaks. Listen to this rare production and decide for yourself which genre best fits this underground classic.

Drop a comment with your verdict on the genre and tag a fellow head who knows their UK music history.

I’ve just rediscovered a lost DAT from Second Protocol—my collaboration with Justin Fry!

Our track “Basslick” crossed UK garage and house with a beautiful piano, a two-step breakbeat and a heavyweight jungle bassline. It was supported by UK garage DJs across the scene and was even featured in the Guinness Book of British Hit Singles & Albums.

This is what can happen when producers ignore the rules, work outside the box and create something genuinely different.

Do you remember this track? Tag a DJ who played “Basslick” back in the day so I can give them a massive thank-you and a shout-out!

What happened to the days when we stood for PEACE, not WAR? ☮️

When did calling for peace become controversial?

I don’t care what side you’re on, what flag you wave or what you believe politically — innocent people are the ones who suffer when bombs start falling.

We should be demanding less war, less hatred, less division and more dialogue, humanity and peace.

Babylon may want war…
I AND I STAND 4 PEACE. ✌🏾🌍🕊️

This one’s called **DUBWISE** 🔊

🟢 **JUNGLE**
🔵 **DRUM & BASS**
🟠 **DUBWISE DNB**
🔥 **DON’T CARE — JUST A BANGER**
