Was not expecting to win the overall even though it was the goal.

Huge thank you to @cole_barnhart_ @m1dwestmuscle for putting on such a great event. I had a lot of fun and brought home a new belt!

@ramsey__strengthcoach for being such a great coach and continuing to push me to new heights. We're just gonna keep building from here.

The final event was the silver dollar deadlift. Differemt setup than what i was training with. My goal was 800, 900, and 1,000lbs for my final attempt. I pulled 800lbs raw for my opener, 2nd attempt was 900lbs and I had it but couldn't quite get it locked out. Took 1st in my weight class.

Third event was hammer hold. 35lb battering ram took 2nd place with 38.8 seconds.

Second event was the truck pull. 12,000lb dump truck up a 2.5% grade. I took 1st in my weight class with 6 inches and 2nd overall. The only person to pull it further was 1 foot 8 inches.

First event was the viking press for reps. 210lbs for max reps in 60 seconds. It was a gasser but I took 2nd place with 39 reps.

Block pulls at 495lbs for 2 and 605 for 2. Even under fatigue my bar speed felt solid. Using straps because of a hand tear and called it a night after I kept ripping it back open.
