Had this video in the tuck for months now . Had to give my guy @diquecreativo his flowers for designing such a beautiful hat. Your first few drops are meant for you to test your market and learn your customer. What sizes are selling the most? What colors are moving? What types of designs are actually hitting? And who’s actually buying? That information tells you how to move going forward. If you notice you’re constantly selling out of certain sizes while others are sitting, adjust your size runs on the next drop. If one type of design keeps outperforming everything else, that’s your customer telling you what they want. Every drop should give you data that makes the next one better. Drop. Learn. Adjust.
