This past weekend, THE BLOCK stepped onto the stage for the very first time and we couldn’t have imagined a better group to represent this vision.

To our Founding Dancers - Thank you for believing in a vision before there were walls, before there were weekly classes, before there was proof. You represented this movement with talent, professionalism, passion and most importantly heart. You will forever be part of our story!🖤

NFL auditions are wrapping up soon and we want to take a moment to honor every BLOCK dancer who stepped through this season with courage and commitment! The past few months have been filled with growth and achievements including semifinals, finals, and becoming rookies that reflect the work being put in behind the scenes. Whether this season brought a yes or a not right now, your effort, resilience, and belief in yourself are what truly define you. Every experience is building you into the dancer you’re becoming!

Before THE BLOCK officially opens its doors this year, the work has already been happening in the 757. These three dancers have been training with me consistently for the past year with a focus on elevating while working on performance, technique, and showing up with intention every time they step into the room or out in the community. Watching them step onto the finals stage meant everything to me. It showed consistency, trust in the process, and what we’ve been building together every single week.

THE BLOCK is not just a space. It’s a foundation, a mindset, and a way of training that brings more out of every dancer who steps through it. I am more than proud. This is only the beginning. by @theblockmovement

THE BLOCK Movement is more than a training studio. It’s a space designed to build confident, powerful, pro-ready dancers from the ground up.

THE BLOCK is not something that stops you, it’s what builds you. This is where passion meets structure. Where talent gets refined. Where you step into your purpose.

I know what it takes and I’m bringing that here.
