Imagine, you’ve been in therapy for almost 3 years & the one recurring challenge is that of boundarylessness. I found myself in this situation and wanted to bring it to the podcast for conversation.

Having a lack of boundaries puts us in positions of compromise with ourselves. When we allow people to - and sometimes even welcome! 😳 the infringement of our personal space, it can leave us feeling unsettled.

If you can relate to a part of this, don’t panic. There’s a reason we behave, move, react to things the way we do. Sometimes we have the wrong image of what love is. We have it wrong on what intimacy looks like. Maybe we’ve gotten used to pleasing others and leaving our need for autonomy last on the list. Whatever it may be for you, I want to assure that there is space for recourse and correction. I have to come back to this practice again and again.

Our lessons don’t expire, they are forever valuable & help craft our way forward.

In this episode, I share some of my biggest lessons from the year that was 2023. I can tell you for free the learning was not a fun process. It was at times excruciatingly painful. Feelings of confusion and sometimes even struggling with my faith.
