i’m in need of some end-of-summer after-care.

after a summer of movement, travel, adventure + stimulation, my body is craving the medicine of LESS.

less rushing. less doing. less productivity.

more lingering. more touching. more naps. more sweetness.

I don’t live with my husband… so when we do see each other, reconnecting requires a bit more intentionality for reconnection 💐💙🦋 If you’re in a LDR or you live separately from your partner, I’m sure you understand!
