I never thought there would come a day when I would share my insecurities on camera.

For someone who once had so many reasons to hold back, being this visible is something I don’t take for granted.

But I’ve learnt something………

You cannot become the woman you desire to be while constantly hiding the parts of yourself that make you uncomfortable.

At some point, you have to become aware of what is keeping you small, confront it, and make the decision to move differently.

And that is the heart of Unmute Yourself Movement📌

I started it as a space for women who know there is more in them, but may need the awareness, clarity and courage to finally express it.

I’ll be sharing the lessons, insights and tools that have shaped my own journey of becoming, and creating conversations that help you look at yourself differently too.

Because sometimes, you don’t need another person to tell you what to do.

You need someone to help you see what you haven’t been seeing about yourself.

That’s what I do here and more, of course😉🙈

This Vlogging thing is not for the weak, I repeat, NOT FOR THE WEAK because tell me why I will use over 2 good hours editing a vlog that is not even up to two minute😭

I tried voiceover but nothing was giving😂

I just concluded to just type at least I know how to write English😭😂

One of the biggest battles I’ve been fighting for the past three years plus is the battle with my own mind.

I’ve read books, listened to motivational speakers, listen to sermons, podcast, I have prayed, and tried different things to overcome it.

And sometimes, I win🥺 I see the difference in my life. I see the dividend of the personal growth journey. I see myself making progress.

Other days, I feel like I’m back to square one🤧

It’s a strange place to be when you know what the problem is, you even know what you need to do, but somehow, you still struggle to do it😮‍💨😮‍💨

I’m still learning.
I am still fighting whatever this is.
And most importantly, I will never stop trying.

Its the singular reason I started the message of “UNMUTE YOURSELF”. Because I know there are many women that can relate to the same situation. And I just want to make them feel seen, and understood especially because I am one step ahead of them because of the amount of work I have put in.

For this reason, I haven’t come here to speak from a pedestal but to speak from a lived experience perspective because I have internationally been on the journey of unmuting myself for a couple of years now.

And if you’re in this place too, I hope you know that still struggling with a thing today doesn’t mean you’ll struggle forever.

One day, you will look back and see that you have truly overcome and fully unmuted.

Sometimes, your husband is not trying to make your life difficult.

Sometimes, he genuinely thinks some things are exclusively meant for women😂

And honestly, there are so many things we men and women do in marriage simply because that’s what we grew up seeing.

Nobody ever stopped to ask, “But why?”

I’m learning that some of these things just need to be talked about.

You can tell your husband, “My love, I need you to help me with this.”

You as a man, can also tell your wife, “Okay babe, let me handle this one.”

We don’t always have to fight about everything.

Sometimes, you just need to say, “Babe, but why can’t you do it too?”😂

And that conversation can actually change things.

Because if nobody questions what we were taught, we’ll just keep passing the same things down to our children.

While you are busy celebrating Nigeria and welcoming a new month, I’ve been busy gushing over my cute, handsome son🤭🙈 the most important gift God gave me in 2026🥹❤️

My little Mister Perfect clocks 8 months today, and honestly, I’ve been lost for words.

I don’t even know the right words to serenade him with or to properly capture what my heart feels for him.

But one thing I know for sure is that my heart feels SO much.

I love you my little man❤️

And as for the new month…….yes, we’re in October!!🥹

This year, motherhood duty has really flung me onto a path I sometimes don’t even understand.

But hey, we keep moving✊✊ to the best of our abilities.

And one thing I know for sure is that, so much can still happen in these last three months of the year if you stay focused and stay locked in on whatever it is your heart desires to chase.

So, happy new month my beautiful people❤️

And thank you for all the times you stop by to watch my content, whether you engage or not. I’m genuinely grateful.

The views are improving, and to me, that simply means you’re stopping by……..and for that, I am grateful🥹❤️

Sometimes, the hardest thing to unlearn is something you don’t even remember learning.

A lot of the things we call “this is just the way I am” may have a history trust me

The way you see yourself.
The way you respond to criticism.
The fear that shows up before you try.
The need to get everything right before you move.

And because these patterns have been with us for so long, we can mistake them for our identity.

That’s why self-awareness matters.

Before you can change a pattern, you have to be able to see it.

This is an old video of mine, but listening to it again reminded me of something I still believe deeply: you can’t challenge what you haven’t noticed.

And I thought……..maybe it’s worth listening to again.
