Boston Whaler 22’ Outrage | Light 💡

Light isn’t just for function — it shapes space, depth, and perception. On board, a well-designed lighting system becomes essential when the sun goes down.
It improves visibility, enhances key areas of the deck, and creates a balanced atmosphere that supports both safety and comfort.
A smart lighting setup adds clarity, not excess — and makes every detail stand out, even after dark.

⸻

Travelling to meet clients, searching for original Boston Whaler hulls, exchanging photographs, ideas and stories.

This is one of the things I love most about my work: meeting new people from all over the world, brought together by the same passion for these iconic boats.

What begins with a conversation or a photograph often turns into something much bigger.

Along the way, we build relationships, discover extraordinary craftsmanship and bring together people who share our vision.

One partner at a time, we continue to grow a network of talented professionals, all working towards the same goal: delivering nothing but the best to our clients.

Because, in the end, The Boston Guy is as much about people as it is about boats.

🚤 🚤 🚤

Two beautiful Boston Whalers, a 13’ and a 17’, are ready to begin their journey overseas.

Two iconic boats, two distinguished clients who entrusted us with bringing their vision to life, despite being thousands of miles away. At The Boston Guy, our commitment doesn’t end when the restoration is complete.

Thanks to our international network of trusted transport partners, we personally coordinate every aspect of the delivery: overseas shipping, export documentation, customs clearance, duties and logistics.

From the Bahamas to Mexico, from the United States to some of the world’s most beautiful and remote destinations, distance is never an obstacle.

Because true luxury is not just about what we create. It’s about how we take care of you, wherever you are.

🚤 🚤 🚤

I’ve always believed that the best way to create something authentic is to follow your own vision, without being distracted by what others are doing — or who might be following your footsteps.

I restore Boston Whalers because I love them. I do it according to my own taste, my own ideas and my personal interpretation of timeless elegance.

And I’ve realized that all my clients have something in common: they don’t need to impress anyone.

They simply want to enjoy the sea with understated elegance, freedom and simplicity. Beautiful boats, thoughtfully restored, designed to be lived in rather than shown off.

This Boston Whaler 22’ Outrage is exactly that. No noise. No excess. Just a certain way of living the sea.

🚤 🚤 🚤

LAND. SEA. AIR | Three different ways of moving. One shared philosophy: freedom, timeless design and the pleasure of the journey itself.

Then come the references: vintage boating magazines, their effortless elegance and simplicity, clean typography, old photographs and images from another era that still feel completely relevant today.

This is the moodboard behind The Boston Guy — iconic objects, timeless imagery and a design language that doesn’t need to follow trends.

🚤 🚤 🚤

TERRA. MARE.

Some things simply age better. Timeless design, understated elegance and the kind of style that never needs to prove itself.

Alcune cose invecchiano semplicemente meglio.

Life in Porto Cervo — like in any seaside destination — is simply better from the water.

No traffic, no queues. A coffee in the village, the newspaper, a secluded beach, lunch with friends or arriving by boat for dinner. A Boston Whaler changes the way you experience the coast.

That’s why we restore them: preserving an icon, rebuilding it with Italian craftsmanship and equipping it for the way we live the sea today. Agile, safe, easy to handle alone and ready for every day on the water.

And then there’s timelessness.

Every season brings a new boat and a new trend. What looks cutting-edge today may feel dated tomorrow.

A Boston Whaler is different. For over 50 years, its unmistakable silhouette has remained effortlessly cool, chic and elegant.

🚤 🚤 🚤

Niente traffico, niente code.

This is our latest Boston Whaler 25’ Outrage, set against the turquoise waters of Sardinia — exactly where a boat like this belongs.

Certified for up to 12 people and designed to offer exceptional space and comfort, it features a double sunshade, Garmin navigation system, Fusion audio and stereo, freshwater shower, refrigerator and a fully customized layout created around the owner’s way of experiencing the sea.

Contemporary comfort, technology and bespoke details, while preserving the unmistakable character of an icon.

And one last detail: no AI-generated boats here. While others use artificial intelligence to imagine their Boston Whalers, we prefer the real thing..

We don’t generate them. We build them! 💪🏻🇮🇹

🚤 🚤 🚤

Li costruiamo. 🇮🇹💪🏻

I’m truly honored and proud that Persol chose me and The Boston Guy to be part of this project — bringing together two worlds shaped by the same belief: true style doesn’t belong to a season.

For over a century, @persol has embodied Italian craftsmanship, understated elegance and an unmistakable sense of style. Boston Whaler belongs to another great tradition — boats whose lines, character and identity have endured for generations.

Different stories. Different origins. The same belief in objects made to last.

For me, this project is about more than style. It is about legacy: taking an icon of the past, preserving what made it special and allowing it to live naturally in the present.

A special thank you to the incredible team behind this project — to everyone who brought their talent, vision and passion to make it happen @riccardopozzoli @robdiraffaele @therealpeterspark @kjeldgaard1 @enrico_costantini @luiginutini @latorredellalimonaia

🚤 🚤 🚤

As the last days of summer fade away, a new season begins at The Boston Guy.

It’s time to collect the boats, bring them into the workshop and start the restoration journey for our clients — one by one, each with its own story, vision and bespoke details.

Our 2027 production schedule is now almost complete, with only two build slots remaining for delivery next season.

Then, we close the books and get to work.

🚤 🚤 🚤

It’s showtime.

A gallery of restored boats, original hulls waiting to be transformed, vintage references and friends wearing our custom eyewear laces, sold out three times.

Purists debate originality. Copycats try to recreate the formula. We simply follow our vision.

When you become the reference, imitation is inevitable.

Some boats belong to a moment. Others transcend generations.

The Boston Whaler is one of them — effortlessly elegant, unmistakably iconic and endlessly versatile. A boat equally at home by a secluded Mediterranean beach or alongside the world’s most beautiful yachts.

At The Boston Guy, we preserve that timeless character while reimagining each boat for a new generation. Bespoke layouts, fine materials, contemporary technology and carefully considered details make every build distinctly personal.

No two are meant to be the same. An American icon, reimagined in Italy. Made for the few who choose to make it their own.

Our 2027 collection is now approaching completion.
The order book will remain open for a limited time before we close the season.

🚤 🚤 🚤

A Boston Whaler is a boat for children, too.

It’s where they discover the sea, close to their parents and friends, sharing the same space, the same adventures and the same simple moments. They play, they laugh, they learn to respect the sea — but also its silence, other people’s space, and the importance of sharing.

On board, even the youngest learn the rules: how to move safely, how to behave around the water, how to look after one another. And for parents, everything happens within a few steps and a couple of glances.

Perhaps that’s what makes a Boston Whaler such a special family boat. It doesn’t separate generations, it brings them together.

And years later, those children may forget many things. But they will remember the summer days, the swims, the fishing trips, the sunsets and that little boat where their love for the sea first began.

🚤🚤🚤

E anni dopo, quei bambini dimenticheranno tante cose.
