Meet Cooper, our forever wild child turned sweetest old soul. 🤍

Going on 13, Cooper has always been strong, athletic, playful, and full of love. In his younger years, he was our dock-diving, kiss-giving Super Cooper.

These days, his face is almost completely white, his eyes are softer, and his quiet, loyal nature has become even more special.

Cooper never demands affection. While Charlie will nudge you and Enzo will happily flop right on top of you, Cooper waits patiently and stays close.

He watches every move, follows quietly, and somehow always seems to know exactly where his people are.

After dinner, though, his funny little high-pitched bark comes out to let us know it is officially time for belly rubs, kisses, and maybe a good butt massage.

Though age and medical challenges have slowed him down, Cooper still loves his walks, his swims, and every moment by our side. He carries the same joyful spirit that made him our Super Cooper from the very beginning when we adopted him from AGA.

He is our shadow, our sweetheart, and one of the greatest loves at the heart of krümmel & mirth. And through it all, he will always be Mommy’s special boy.🤍🥰

Born with two hands, somehow always needing at least four. 🐾

Because one dog is never enough, and apparently neither are two hands.

A little chaos, a lot of love, and we wouldn't have it any other way. 🤍

Three very different personalities. Each with a place in my heart.

Cooper, Charlie, and Enzo—the boys of krümmel & mirth and my daily reminder of why I began. Life with them is full of muddy paws, quiet company, and more love than I could ever put into words.

After all, the most beautiful things in life aren’t things at all. 🤍 by @theboysofkrummelandmirth

A change in season, a slower pace, and a few more reasons to linger outside. 🍂

As the days turn golden, we're finding beauty in the little rituals of life with our dogs. Here's to autumn walks, crisp mornings, and making every moment together count. by @theboysofkrummelandmirth

The Boys of k&m got an early blessing today! 😇Swipe ➡️
🐾 October 4 is the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals, when many churches celebrate the Blessing of the Animals. 🐾

This year is especially meaningful as we mark 800 years since his passing—a time to give thanks for the animals who share our lives and to remember our responsibility to care for all God’s creatures.

Saint Francis, please protect and watch over our beautiful, beloved pets.

Amen. 🤍🙏 by @theboysofkrummelandmirth

Family looks a little different for everyone.

Sometimes, it has four paws, a wagging tail, and a way of making even the simplest moments feel extraordinary.

At krümmel & mirth, they're not just part of the story. They're the reason behind it all. 🤍 by @theboysofkrummelandmirth
