Powermove Challenge ft. @bboyalexisperu 🌍

He tenido la suerte de tener en Torrellano a uno de los mejores powermovers del mundo, Alexis desde Perú 🇵🇪🇪🇸

Sesiones de nivel altísimo, así que tocaba ponerle a prueba…
Le lancé varios retos de powermoves para ver hasta dónde podía llevarlos.

Resultado: IMPARABLE💥

Y lo mejor vino al final…
¡me pidió que le tirara algunos de mis threads! 😏

Un auténtico crack, haga lo que haga.
De esos que elevan el nivel solo con estar.

En este vídeo se ve algo que para mí es clave en el rendimiento: la transferencia real del entrenamiento a la competición.

Todo lo que trabajamos en sala tiene una intención clara:
– Repetición consciente para automatizar patrones
– Simulación de escenarios de batalla para tomar decisiones bajo presión
– Gestión del timing, energía y pausas
– Control emocional para ejecutar incluso en momentos de estrés

No se trata solo de entrenar más, sino de entrenar inteligente.

Y cuando eso pasa, el resultado deja de ser casualidad.

Hoy, Aleximus aplica exactamente eso en competición… y consigue la victoria frente a adultos. 🏆
