What we’re seeing is behavior that many women experience daily, yet it’s often excused or normalized. This is not how healthy relationships function. Abuse can take so much from you—your confidence, your self-love, your sense of self. I didn’t realize how much I had lost until I looked back and saw I was nearly 20 pounds down. But today I’m happy, loved, and strong. I got my weight back, and more importantly, I got me back. by @thebreakingg
