It’s a beautiful day to journey to the Brightside✨

Brightside’s intentionally designed class sequences, colored light-scapes, and curated playlists all coalesce to create a space for guests to explore what they are present with in each moment. A beautiful representation of the journey we go through everyday as humans. From moments of frustration to moments of celebration we recognize how strong we are and how far we have come.

Sundays are for self-care 🧘🏻✨🧖🏻‍♀️
A reminder to find moments of stillness in order to recharge and reset. Stillness can be found through meditation, a daily/weekly ritual (like taking a bubble bath to unwind!), or through movement, which helps to quiet the mind. How do you choose to practice self-care? Comment below 👇🏼

If you’re looking for a seated practice to release muscle tension, focus on breath, and improve joint mobility, Slow Stretch is a great class to add to your routine! Postures are held for longer periods of time and props are used to allow the body to soften and increase range of motion over time.

Things to know before hitting the sauna!

🔅We provide one full size towel and one cold towel for your session. You are welcome to bring a third towel or rent one from us for $3.

🔅Your private sauna session is 45 min long. We recommend staying in the sauna between 30-40 minutes and reserving 5-10 min at the end to cool off.

🔅Once finished with your session, please place towels in the towel drop located outside of the room.

🔅Hydration is key! Bring your own water bottle and fill up at our water station, or purchase a bottle from us at the front desk.
