I had to get on here to tell y'all how
favor works.
So less than a month ago, AB was invited to the BET Awards and chose not to go. He had a football game and didn't want to miss it because he's a real team player. Whatever he does, he's dedicated and committed and I love that about my six year old.

And guess what it was the perfect weekend?
His coach gave them this weekend off to rest and finish school shopping. So who got a ticket and car service to Chicago for WNBA All-Star Weekend, immediately after football practice?✈️👦🏽🎤🏀🥰🙏🏾

I’m a different kind of mother. Most talk slick, but they could never walk a mile in my shoes. I don’t smoke. I don’t even drink unless it’s a special occasion. I’m high off life, and I stay locked in on making sure my children succeed and are protected in a healthy environment 24/7. I have no downtime. I’m either plotting the next financial move for my family, or I’m in motion getting to my kids, showing up, supporting every single one of them when they need me.
This picture says it all, I’m out here in this heat, passing out water as Team Mom during my 6 yr old’s first “warzone” battle on the field. All while watching my daughter Flau'jae WNBA game from the sideline.
Most would break under this pressure. Most would lose it, going from one city to the next, one kid to the next, one battle to the next. But not me. Am I perfect? No. Are there things I can improve? Absolutely, and I’m working on them every day.
Everything I pour into my children is intentional, and I won’t let anything disrupt the foundation I’m instilling in them.
