That middle pic was my after pic at one point. Luckily I didn’t stop there. Jeez man I miss eating chili cheese fries 3 times a week as a snack 🥲. Nothing tastes better than feeling good though. This is 9 months worth of Dez meal prepping and counting my macros. Body fat went from 28% to 9.3% and weight from 242 to 195/200. Taking my first week off from the gym this week. My body is tired. by @thebugbeast

Sorry for rambling. Probably having a heat stroke. My thoughts for the day. Short story long Don’t be an arrogant idiot when you’re doing well and then try to be the nice humble guy when you’re not. People will see through it. Just be whatever you think is a good person everyday. taken in Left Coast Pest Solutions by @thebugbeast

Leaving this here so if I die Valentino can see his dad wasn’t a half asser. Whatever I do or set my mind to I’ll make sure it’s top tier whether it’s work, a hobby or more importantly being a good dad and husband. Right now I’m trying to be and stay healthy and come around my family more. I’ve been MIA for 7 years trying to build a business and missing out on a lot in life with family and friends. So I’m hoping to change that up these coming years. taken in Menifee, California by @thebugbeast

Getting him used to it so we can take longer trips down the line rather than just around the block. He’s holding on like a baby koala bear 🤣. He got over his fear of the bike on his own. taken in Left Coast Pest Solutions by @thebugbeast

You’re not better than anyone. Even if you are….. you’re not. Keep your head on a swivel and work like you don’t have it. Carry on with your weekend. taken in Left Coast Pest Solutions by @thebugbeast

Even if the car’s got power, you’ve gotta drive that thing 2 miles an hour so everybody sees you.
