Papa was a great cook. Better than Mimi…although I never would have told her that 🤭🙃. Among many of my favorite desserts, he made Strawberry Pastelitos (little pie squares) that I looked forward to every summer! We tried to capture this delicious treat in our seasonal special, a Strawberry Pastelito Latte. Come try one at The Autry Museum! We’re there every Tuesday from 10AM - 1PM ❤️💛
