If you’ve been through it, my heart goes out to you. It’s a grief that is so heavy. Thankful that God cares for our grief and He doesn’t leave us to walk alone in that grief. 🤍 by @thecaffienatedrunner
I’m constantly amazed at you, babe. But sometimes you do something that will make me stop in my tracks and go WOW. This was one of those times. You wrote a song for our kids. Such a special memory I will never forget. You are a remarkable dad to our kids all the time. You care for them, love them, spend time with them, and find ways to make life special for them. 🤍 You are also an amazing husband! I’m so thankful for our life together!! HAPPY FATHER’S DAY, my love!😍 by @thecaffienatedrunner
Anytime I get flowers, I try to put them by the twins memorial plague. 💕 since June would have been their birth month, these are extra special. I thank God for carrying us through these past nine months, through the good, bad and ugly. While I will always mourn you, sweet babies, and wonder what you would have looked like or been like, I’m so grateful to Jesus for our rainbow baby girl. 🤍 What a precious reminder that beauty can come after a storm. I look forward to meeting you in Heaven, sweet babies. by @thecaffienatedrunner
Thank you all for the birthday wishes! It was a great day spending time with my favorite people🤍 Free coffee, free smoothie, rock painting, outside time, chicken nachos, cookie cake.. just a few of the fun things we did. 🥰 by @thecaffienatedrunner
Monday we found out baby’s gender 🤍 We praise God for a healthy baby GIRL. 💕 CJ is still warming up to the idea of another sister. 🫣 by @thecaffienatedrunner
Motherhood. Challenging. Exhilarating. Exhausting. Amazing. Yet a dream come true. Even on the hardest days, I’m so thankful these babies call me momma. What treasures from Jesus. 💕 Happy Mother’s Day, Charlotte Naimie Smith! I wish we could be together today to celebrate, but a phone call had to suffice today. 🥹 Thank you for always being a phone call or text away, for answering my annoying questions, for loving me when I’m testy, and showing me sacrificial love my whole life. Happy Mother’s Day, Wendy Sue Streeter, for raising the best husband 💕 and loving us all so well. You are always willing to help and bless us in many ways! We love you both so much. 💕 by @thecaffienatedrunner
Lion King Broadway 🎭 Late anniversary celebration for us! What an amazing night! We had front row seats and enjoyed ourselves so much. Also, the Detroit Opera House is gorgeous and has so many ornate details. by @thecaffienatedrunner
Happy 4th birthday, CJ! My monster truck, spider man loving boy is growing up faster than I can keep up. You are such a loyal friend. You give the best hugs and kisses. You are smart and love your school and teachers. You make us laugh every day with your silly personality. These past four years have flown by, and I hope that time can slow down so we can enjoy every minute with our precious boy. Buddy, we love you so so much. We hope today is SO special for you. 🤍🥹 by @thecaffienatedrunner
THANK YOU JESUS 🙌🏼🌈🤍 Our sweet rainbow baby will be joining our family in October! Daily having to choose faith over fear. To choose joy instead of anxiety. To be thankful instead of thinking of the “what ifs.” Miscarriage is such a horrible thing to experience and makes you mistrust your body in a way that’s hard to explain. But God brings beauty from ashes, and we’re choosing to rejoice for however long God gives us this baby.💕 by @thecaffienatedrunner
Happy 5th Anniversary, babe🤍 Has it really been five years since these pictures were taken?! What an adventure it has been- learning and growing together! God gave me the best husband and dad to our babies when he gave me you. Thank you for being you. You are my favorite person. I pray God blesses us with many, many more years together. 😍 Throwback to our wedding photos that are still my favorites five years later. Thanks Kaleigh Cruse by @thecaffienatedrunner
