Politics As Usual. by @thecalculation

I generally run these races just for fun and community but this race with @imermanangels was special to me because of their mission: pairing cancer patients with survivors so no one walks alone. I ran for my dad, on Father’s Day Weekend. Love to all cancer survivors and those we lost.

Also, I hit a PR a ran this 5k a lil faster (9:13 min/per mile) than my last 5k a year ago (9:27 min/per mile). by @thecalculation

“I mean James Dean couldn’t escape the allure, dying young leaving a good looking corpse. Of course.” #2019 by @thecalculation

Where we’re headed as a society will push us further away from rooms like these. Algorithms are designed to predict and influence what holds our attention. Quickly. There’s still value in a book that doesn’t just reinforce your current ideals but slowly challenges you to expand. Shoutout @theastergates by @thecalculation

Only 16% of registered voters in Lake County, Indiana, cast ballots in the primary a couple weeks ago. Why do you think turnout was so low?

Last year felt like validation. More like confirmation this year. Still proud of the fact we do this work for Gary. @capitalb_gary by @thecalculation

Gary has always known what the world eventually found out. 🌍✨

We had the joy of working in partnership with the City of Gary and the Gary International Black Film Festival to bring the Michael screening to Gary. Seeing this community come together to celebrate its own legacy was something truly unforgettable. @cityofgary_in @mayor_eddiemelton @capitalb_gary

Proud to be part of moments like this. 🖤
