One of my most natural freediver certified Wave 3 @molchanovsfreediving
But also one of the specified exercises to help her to
- hand free EQ to 30m deep
- enjoy mostly no fins
- just afraid about people in ocean (😂)
- no fear for depth

It was a very interesting experience
Now @seleneybeaneyyy
Because that's this little evil. Lovely fish is Wave3 official.

But, remember this :
In freediving as in real life
Donations are not guaranteed success. they must learn themselves too. That's double the work.✌️ by @thecampfreedive
