Still carrying the energy from an extraordinary afternoon in NYC on Tuesday. ❤️
Feminist Journalism Today, presented by #WomensMediaGroup and @Ms. magazine, brought together an extraordinary group of women for a conversation about women's voices, storytelling, journalism, health, policy—and the importance of being in the room and being heard.
And yes… I got to meet Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Paula Vogel. As a writer/director, that was a very special moment for me.
Wonderful, too, to spend time with Cynthia Lopez, @sibylsantiago and @francesmcgarry -and to leave reminded that community isn't something we simply find. We build it.

Toronto to Paris. 🎬☕️
Honored to be recognized by @micheledioma WILD FILMMAKER among the international artists who have achieved some of the greatest successes of 2026.
There’s something especially meaningful about being part of a global community built around independent voices, bold stories and art without borders.
Thank you, Michele Diomà and WILD FILMMAKER. ❤️

I’m incredibly honored to have #DisclosurefromACloakroom included in the SELF-MADE Filmmaker Catalogue, Venice 2026, celebrating independent filmmakers from around the world.
The catalogue recognizes the screenplay’s three Wild Filmmaker honors:
🏆 Best Global Arthouse Feature Script 2026
🏆 Best Indie Screenwriter
🏆 Best Writing Style
And I’m especially grateful for these words from Michele Diomà, Editor-in-Chief of Wild Filmmaker:
“A screenplay combining independent sensibility with international ambition, distinguished by the personality of its writing style and its strong authorial construction.”
Independent filmmaking asks you to believe in the work long before anyone else has reason to. Recognition like this makes the journey particularly meaningful. Special ty to my producers @sibylsantiago @thejmr.ent @marchgasche and the never-ending support of @nywift
Onward with Disclosure from a Cloakroom. 🎬

A rather wonderful moment. ✨
I’ve been named among the Best Artists of 2026 in this special edition of The Hollywood Reporter — being distributed in press kits at the Venice Film Festival.
To have this recognition reaching the international film community in Venice while @disclosurefromacloakroommovie moves toward production makes it particularly meaningful.
Deeply grateful — and very excited for what comes next.
Special thanks to @micheledioma of #Wildfilmmaker, my producing team @sibylsantiago , @thejmr.ent and @marchgasche and my @nywift family.

Ok and this one is the cherry on the cake so. to speak. To make the Best Artists List of @THR is like rocket fuel. I hope this carries me through all my upcoming projects. Special TY to the publication that put me on the map @micheledioma and to my producing team @thejmr.ent @marchgasche and @sibylsantiago and to @nywift for being my home base and support. #indiefilm, #indiefilmmakers, #disclosurefromacloakroom, #glopaulmedia, #womenfilmmakers by @thecaroldorn

Very passionate about this nomination not of my own benefit but for the group that this stands for and that I identify with both as a woman and lesbian. These awards will be announced at the opening of the @venice.fi and this is extremely important in light of so many brilliant films directed by women that were not considered. I wish I could be standing there with all of them but I will be in spirit!! TY to the publication that put me on the map @micheledioma and to my producing team @thejmr.ent @marchgasche and @sibylsantiago Also ty to the org that gives me strength @nywift #indiefilm, #indiefilmmakers, #disclosurefromacloakroom, #glopaulmedia, #womenfilmmakers by @thecaroldorn
