The truth is…
Most tax professionals stay stuck because they were taught how to file taxes, not how to build a business.

No marketing.
No systems.
No team.
No scale.

That changes Tuesday.

I’m hosting a FREE Tax Pro to CEO Masterclass at 9PM where I’ll show you how to turn your tax skill into a real business.

Comment READY and I’ll send the link. 👇🏽 by @thecdrayton

Want to become an expert in your industry? Stop waiting until you feel ready. 👑

Expertise isn’t built by watching from the sidelines. It’s built by taking action, testing your ideas, learning from mistakes, and gaining real-world experience.

As an entrepreneur, you don’t need to know everything before you start. You need to be willing to learn, experiment, and improve as you go.

Your next level requires action, not endless preparation. 🔥

Ready to grow your skills and build a business with confidence? Stop overthinking your next move and start putting what you know into practice today.

FROM THE VISION TO THE STAGE! 🥹💚🔥

God, you keep putting me in rooms I once prayed to be in!

I remember when I was just trying to figure this tax industry out. Now I get to sit on panels, share my experiences, and pour into the very people who are building what I once dreamed of building!

I didn’t come this far just to make money. I came to make an IMPACT! To show somebody that your past doesn’t determine your future and that what’s possible for you is bigger than what you’ve already experienced!

TAMPA, FLORIDA! I’M COMING! 🎤🔥

Honored to be a panelist at Tax Bizz Success Fest 2026!

And trust me, I’m not coming to just talk about success. I’m coming to talk about what it REALLY takes to BUILD it, SCALE it, and SUSTAIN it!

The rooms are changing, but the mission remains the same. OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE OPPORTUNITY! 💚

50 PARTNERS!!!! 🔥🥹 AND THIS ONE RIGHT HERE IS SPECIAL TO ME!!!
When Fedaysha came to me, she wasn’t starting from scratch! She already had experience. She was already a Service Bureau owner. She had already built something of her own!
But she knew she was capable of MORE!!! 💎
She didn’t just want a team. She wanted a PRODUCING TEAM! A team that was trained, equipped, confident, and actually getting RESULTS!!!
And watching her growth has been EVERYTHING!!! 🥹
She’s been learning new systems, strengthening her leadership, implementing what she learns, and then going RIGHT BACK to pour into her people and her business!!!
Because that’s what REAL leadership looks like!!!
It’s one thing to build a business. It’s another thing to build PEOPLE who can build businesses of their own!!!
And what I love most is that she was already successful, but she was still willing to be a STUDENT!!! Still willing to learn. Still willing to grow. Still willing to do things differently to get to that NEXT LEVEL!!!
Fedaysha, I am SO PROUD OF YOU!!! 🥹❤️
50 PARTNERS ISN’T JUST A NUMBER. IT’S 50 OPPORTUNITIES TO CHANGE SOMEBODY ELSE’S LIFE!!!
And baby, we are JUST getting started!!!
THIS IS WHAT I MEAN WHEN I SAY...
OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE OPPORTUNITY!!! 🏆🔥

250 PARTNERS!!! 😭🔥 AND TO THINK THIS ALL STARTED WITH ONE YES!!!

Indya came to me in November with NOTHING but the desire to BE THE BEST AT WHAT SHE DOES and be better than the woman she was the day before!!!

AND BABYYYYYY, SHE HAS BEEN APPLYING PRESSURE EVER SINCE!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥

But let me tell y’all what makes this so special to ME!!!

SHE STAYED CLOSE!!! ❤️

She didn’t just ask me how to do something and disappear. She stayed connected. She listened. She asked questions. She showed up. And EVERYTHING I poured into her, she took it and IMPLEMENTED IT!!! QUICKLY!!!

I didn’t have to keep telling her the same thing twice! She understood that being close to somebody who has already walked the path means NOTHING if you’re not willing to do the WORK!!!

And what I love MOST is that she didn’t keep what she learned to herself!!!

SHE TURNED AROUND AND POURED IT RIGHT BACK INTO HER TEAM!!! 😭❤️

She started developing leaders. Creating opportunities. Helping other people see something in themselves that they couldn’t see before!!!

And NOW LOOK!!!

250 PARTNERS AND SHE JUST STARTED HER VERY OWN TECH COMPANY!!! 😭🔥🔥🔥

DO Y’ALL UNDERSTAND WHAT I’M WITNESSING RIGHT NOW?!

I’m literally watching a woman outgrow the version of herself that first came to me in November!!!

And as her mentor, THAT means more to me than ANY number ever could!!!

Because my goal was NEVER to create people who would need me forever. My goal was to pour into people so heavily that one day they could stand on their OWN, build something of their OWN, and become the person somebody ELSE needs!!!

THAT IS WHAT REAL LEADERSHIP LOOKS LIKE!!!

Indya, I am SO PROUD OF YOU!!! Not just for what you’ve accomplished, but for WHO YOU ARE BECOMING!!!

And I hope you know I’m just as excited about your future as you are because I KNOW what you’re capable of!!!

250 PARTNERS IS A MILESTONE. BUT THE WOMAN YOU’RE BECOMING? THAT’S THE REAL SUCCESS STORY!!! 🥹❤️

THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO!!!
