She’s finally done! Boy do I wish I knew how to take aesthetic photos of my knits, but alas, this is what you get 😂

My Moonset Tee by @ozetta was a buddy knit with @studio_b_trowbridge. I used @knittingforolive Cotton Merino in Dark Sea Green and while at first I found that fine of a yarn fiddly on US 2s, I really enjoy the fabric it made and will definitely make this pattern in this yarn again. I love it!

I did modify the cuffs and hem by doing 1x1 ribbing to mirror the collar instead of the icord. I’m also pretty sure I lengthened the body quite a bit by @thecedarstitch

My Stipe Hype by @kutovakika is done!

Pink is not usually my first choice color, but something was speaking to me when I saw these @suburbanstitcher tweeds. I was inspired by @knittynatty and was calling it my Knitty Natty sweater until a mid-project try on when I realized I looked like a circus animal cookie 🫣😂 So… it is now my Knitty Natty Circus Animal sweater extravaganza!

It is also my fastest sweater finish ever at just over a month of knit time, and now that it is on the blocking mats, should be ready to wear to @bvfiberfest on Saturday! by @thecedarstitch

Did it come out bigger than intended? Yeah.
Is the even larger, soggy blocking version scaring me? Kinda. But I LOVE the colors on this! It’s just a lot more scarf sized than bandana sized 😂

And she’s finally done (let’s all pretend you can’t see the two sleeve ends I need to weave in) !

I ended up not doing any colorwork or welts in the sleeves because I liked the basic look with these colors.

Are both of my FO’s from this weekend unblocked and kind of wonky? Yes.

Did I weirdly off-center the twist on this mobius style cowl to hide the aftermath of hours of attempting Kitchener stitch? Maybe 👀

It continues to elude me… I guess I’ll always be wearing my hair down with this one.

She’s finally finished! My Monday Sweater by Petite Knit has been almost a year in the making as I kept putting it down to work on other things.

My birthday came early this year! I’ve talked a couple times about wanting to learn to spin. My mom found this 1970s @louet_worldwide wheel on Facebook Marketplace this week and picked it up for me.

She needs a little love but it seems to be mostly cosmetic issues, so she’s been cleaned up and is currently sitting with some wood glue and clamps to try to save the veneer on the peddle, but I’m so excited to try my hand at it… once I figure out where to start 😂

Do I know how to spin? Nope. In fact I don’t know anything about it at all other than that when I started looking up spinning I realized I had a whole new set of crafting terminology to pick up. But I am excited to learn. taken in Cypress, Texas by @thecedarstitch
