Eddie Barraco isn’t just the man who sharpened my hands — he’s family.

Before he was my striking coach, before Xtreme Couture, before two seasons coaching on The Ultimate Fighter, he was just a guy who took the time. The kind of time you don’t forget. He didn’t just teach me how to fight — he showed up like a father, like a big brother, in the corners that mattered most and in the moments nobody was filming.

This episode we go deep — the TUF house drama nobody saw on camera, the Black Kobra system he built from scratch, what it actually takes to stay in this sport for over a decade, and what it means to him to be Dad first, coach second.

This one’s personal. Full episode live now — link in bio.

I sat down with @dom.the.hypnotist on this episode of @thecheckinlv and went deep into the world of hypnosis, the subconscious mind, limiting beliefs, confidence, manifestation, and human behavior.
Can hypnosis actually change the way you think?
Can you reprogram your subconscious?
And where does hypnosis end… and mind control begin? 👀
This conversation will make you question how much control you REALLY have over your own mind.
