Rounding out the rest of the summer schedule for classes at the Beacon Cheese Shop. (How did the time go so fast?!!) These classes are now live on our website. Snag them up while ya can!

🔮 Tarot "Curds" Class returns on August 6th!
🧀 Cheese 201: All about Cheddar. Ronan is going in deep on cheddars in this next level cheese course on August 21st
🍝 Pasta Making is back on September 11. This one definitely fills fast.

Say hi to one of our favorites! Hootenanny by McGrath Cheese Company is one of our Mainstays and for a good reason! It's earthly and approachable and easy to pair. Great for simple snacking or melting on your favorite burger. Big fans of the cheese and the makers!!!

It's a million degrees outside so let's stand in front of an open flame and grill some burgers!!!! And we've got the the cheese to make it all worth it.

🧀 Maple Smoked Cheddar from Grafton Village + jalapeños: sweet heat, melts like a dream
🔵 Smokey Blue from Rogue Creamery+ mushrooms: funky, earthy, unforgettable
🍄 Truffle Falls from R&G in Troy NY + pickled red onions:a little fancy, a lot of personality.

All three of these American cheeses are in the case and ready to level up those patties. Pick them up in the Beacon + Cold Spring shops all weekend! We're open on the 4th of July so it's not too late.

Felt right to fill it with exactly what they champion: Finger Lakes Gold, Jake's Gouda, Hootenanny from McGrath Farms, and Nimbus from Chaseholm Farm. Four New York cheesemakers, one great local event.

It's been a busy few weeks! Sorry for the radio silence but here's a few cheese & charcuterie boards for you to ogle.

Kaspar, Ronan and Jacob are gearing up for the #cmi competition. We participated in #eatdrinkbeacon this past weekend. And we also celebrated with our neighbors at Dirty Bacchus for their #baccanal.
