Hey guys, this weekend I went to New Jersey. It started on Thursday morning at 5 AM when we woke up and departed from Wilmington NC. After three hours on the road, my roommate, Will Burke called and told us that he was gonna drive up alone himself to New Jersey, we had thought that he wasn’t coming at all so this was a good surprise. We decided not to tell Ronan and we’re able to surprise him on Thursday night with Will, which was a lot of fun. Then while we were driving up through Washington DC and Ava said “guys do you wanna go see the White House?” to which me and Connor obviously responded yes so we took an hour long trip into Washington DC that we hadn’t planned. It was a good pit stop. after DC we continued our ride up to New Jersey when we got there we ate dinner at Ava’s house with @ronan.waters and @emmaortolani. Emma then took us out to her college town at Rutgers university and we went to the bars there. On Friday, we woke up late and hung out with Ronan and drove around and saw all of his cool hangout spots, he has a lot of cool stories from when he was growing up (park between the busses). After that we went to this place called the hotel, which is a restaurant in Cranford and they had very good food. We then went home and took naps and then went out to what Ronan calls the dive which is his local pub. Emma met us out at the dive, which was a lot of fun even though Ava couldn’t make, it we missed her! Will was a mobile yak unit and tossed in four different spots. It was pretty fun. On Saturday we woke up and went to Westfield and got Manhattan bagels, my favorite bagel shop out of the three that I went to. Then we went and took the train into New York City, Connor and Will had never been so we went to Times Square and then to Central Park. Ronan accidentally got an extra piece of pizza and we looked for a homeless person to give it to you for 45 minutes and literally couldn’t find one in the middle of New York City. It was ridiculous. after Central Park, my good friend from high school @kaimachamer2018 called me and told us to meet him in West Village so we took the subway down we had a couple beers with him and then headed back to Cranford. taken in Cranford, New Jersey by @thechrisreuning
