2026 just getting started 🏆🏆🏆

January is recognized as National Mentoring Month.
Last week I had the pleasure of ringing the Nasdaq opening bell, alongside students, mentors and leaders of @imentororg

As a mentor and Associate Board member of this organization for the last 11 years - and career in accounting and finance - it was dope to experience the connections mentorship makes possible.

Mentorship nurtures growth, and opens doors to new opportunities for a brighter future for the youth.

BlackStars celebrated 5 years of excellence, closing out a powerful two-day seminar with a beautiful Black Tie Gala. The room was filled with brilliant Black professionals, learners, and leaders dedicated to elevating our culture. Grateful to have been part of something so meaningful. Looking forward to next year and continuing the work to uplift our people.

Part 1 - This year I attended my first NABA Convention as NABA NY President. It was an amazing experience. Great to connect with students who have just started and reconnect with many seasoned professionals.

Looking forward to continue to build relationships and inspire future generations to come.

Great morning at the Annual Working in Support of Education (W!SE Institute) Appreciation Breakfast.
11+ years working with this organization and it’s still rewarding to be in a room with people equally passionate about financial literacy education. Grateful for the community.
Thank to the organization and David Anderson, President & CEO.
