The secret is finally out! “JANE” premieres this Friday April 14th on @appletvplus.

During the pandemic, I was given the opportunity to begin a new aspect of my career as a costume designer in film and television. That lead me to co-costume design this important new series “JANE” inspired by Dr. Jane Goodall @janegoodallinst @janegoodallcan.

If you have young people in your life, and a love for animals and the environment, then you’re going to love Jane! With my co-designer and good friend Tara Ocansey, we invite you follow Jane Garcia and her best friend David on their imaginative missions to help endangered animals around the world!

May 1st, 1976 was the day that my parents got married. Not every couple makes it to 50 years. But we are fortunate; family, friends and loved ones from near and far gathered together to spend time in the sun and sand, and to celebrate this golden anniversary milestone! It was an incredible week of love, laughter, too much food and booze, and lots of fun! Happy anniversary to my parents and to 50 more years!! Love you! ♥️🥂🌴

When @annkaplan_ownit asked me to make her a golden gown for the @theacademy Awards, of course I said yes!

I chose this beautiful shade of gold satin and matched it to the perfect shimmer organza. Of course Dr. Stephen Mulholland had to have a coordinating tuxedo, so I took care of that as well. And to match her @schiaparelli purse, I made golden hands to adorn this golden head to toe look for the red carpet! #customgown #bespoketailoring #oscars2026 taken in Dolby Theatre by @thechristopherpaunil

🎂♥️Happy birthday to our sweet beautiful girl!♥️🎂

Millie came to us on April 3rd, 2021 through @texaschihuahuarescuecanada, and was believed to be 4-5 months old at the time. Because we will never know her full story, having been rescued by a Good Samaritan from an abusive situation, we decided that lucky number 11-11 would be her birthday. 1️⃣1️⃣:1️⃣1️⃣

Millie has overcome many hurdles, being deaf and blind in one eye. She is the sweetest girl and a good big sister to Nyx, even though she makes the wildest sounds when she plays (we think it’s because she can’t hear herself). She’s also very demanding and I swear she knows how to tell time - she always wants us to go to bed with her at the same time every night, and lets us know when it’s her dinner time by banging on her bowl. 🤣

Celebrating 2 years of living with this sweet gentle boy, Nyx! ♥️. He was found as a teeny tiny stray puppy living alone on the streets of Texas, and came to us on October 7th, 2023. After a looong journey travelling through the states over several days with @texaschihuahuarescuecanada, we met hjm for the first time on a chilly morning, which I’m sure was quite a shock to his tiny body. I’m sure his first thought was “why was I brought to this cold country??” 🤣. We taught him that not every piece of garbage he came across is food (which is probably how he survived), how to use stairs, and all the doggie basics. After one broken leg, many adventures with his sister Millie, lots of play time with his doggie cousins, we couldn’t imagine not having this sweet soul in our lives. He just fits right in! Take a backwards stroll down memory lane to Nyx’s very first day with us ♥️🐶🐾.
