Charleston is having a fashion moment, and I’m here for it!

Last week’s Fashion & Design show was such a fun night. Incredible looks, a packed room, and so much creativity on and off the runway. Charleston continues to prove it has a fashion scene worth watching.

Being able to capture some of Charleston’s hottest events is easily one of my favorite parts of my job.

Just a few weeks to go until the opening of my solo show at the beautiful @operisgallery, “Fragments of Morocco”, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!🎉

This exhibition is particularly close to my ❤️. Inspired by a trip to Morocco this past April 2026, it explores the fascinating way our memory shapes and transforms what we see.

As I started painting, I realized that certain things had stayed with me more vividly than others: a face, a gesture, the intensity of a color, the movement of a horse, or a fleeting moment in the medina. Other details had faded or shifted in my mind, leaving room for imagination to take over.

These paintings are not so much about Morocco as I saw it, but Morocco as I remember it: a collection of fragments, impressions, and encounters that have become my own personal geography.

I can’t wait to share this body of work with you, along with a collection of sculptural vessels that extend the exploration beyond the canvas.

✨ Opening: Friday, November 6, during Charleston’s First Friday ArtWalk

🥂 Artist Reception: Friday, November 13, with complimentary drinks and light bites.
