DP work i did for MY BIG GAY END OF THE WORLD PARTY dir. @offerlord 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

MiniDV is kind of my favorite thing ever and i had a blast filming this. the 2012 gay filipino energy really shone through here. 💗✨

☆ 1-3 — kitchen scenes. (featuring rez's director cameo as a gangnam style enthusiast)
☆ 4,5 — fire pit scenes. (swagapino domo hat makes an appearance)
☆ 6,7 — car scenes. (in a subaru of course)
☆ 8 — storyboard and sketchup model i made to prepare for the kitchen scenes.
☆ 9 — scans of one of the MiniDV tapes we used, two pages of timecodes i had my AC note down (for digitizing), and notes i took while watching 24 Hour Party People (finally!)

i am now a year older than james dean (my father, my idol since 16) when he died, which i am being *so* normal about. i don’t really celebrate or draw attention to my birthday + the second slide shows that i’ve seemingly channeled bobby about to sing “being alive” …since i was at least 4. now i know i have 11 years to go before i get to earn *the right* to belt that song with feeling, but maybe being crazy regarding the company of others (and passage of time, because again. i have so much time.) is what you’re meant to do before that frontal lobe develops. but thank you all for the birthday wishes #ReturnToCourtJesterdom 💫🤡🕯️ by @thecitizenbane

now introducing… POMMY + the crew 💫
some BTS for @kamyar.m’s ‘what does it feel like to live inside a pomegranate?’ starring @komalyad.av • with help from @sreydanyco @dsrtflwrblm @evasilvestrii and yours truly

whether or not i get to making an actual photo dump or get scared of this app (again), i at least took this photo that summed up 2025. (my rice, not my stand.) by @thecitizenbane

our dog turns SIX so my first roll of film ever is dedicated to this absolute star #kodakgold200 (also ft. my dad). OLLIE STANS rise up… 🙂‍↕️💫🐾 by @thecitizenbane
