For decades, @pattyanncja has watched athletes put in the hours, take the corrections, and keep showing up.
The problem was never effort. It was knowing exactly what to work on and how to train it.

That idea sits at the heart of The CJA Armory.

Strong tumbling starts with the basics.
That belief shapes how @romerogina coaches, how she evaluates a rep, and the coaching standard we’ve built into The CJA Armory.

Perfection doesn’t happen by chance. It’s a hundred corrections turned into muscle memory.

You don’t hit elite passes by hoping for a good rep. You build them by doing the same correction over and over until the right technique is automatic.

Stop hoping for a clean hit. Build the habit.

If your tumbling feels stuck, you don’t need more hours in the gym — you just need a system.

Try this:
ONCE A DAY: 10 min of drills, strength + flexibility

ONCE A WEEK: train your tumbling, work with your coach, and actually use your corrections

ONCE A MONTH: track your progress, see what’s better, and set your next goal 💪🏽#onceaday

Small habits = big results.

Save this so you don’t forget it 📌

PLOT TWIST: Your head isn’t supposed to lead your tuck. 👀

SEE THE OPEN TUCK? REWIND.

Head + shoulders leading = open shape. The result, not the cause.

The fix: Keep your chest tall and lead the rotation with your hips + shins to lock in a cleaner tuck shape.

Send this to your tumbling partner working tucks!

Confidence isn’t something you magically find when you step onto the mat.

It’s built in the late nights at the gym, the extra drills, the reps that don’t always go as planned, and the corrections you work on until they finally click.

So when the moment comes, you don’t have to wonder if you’re ready.

You’ve put in the work. 💙

🫶 Send this to the teammates putting in the work alongside you.

Landing the skill is one thing. Owning it with confidence is different. 🎯

When one small detail changes the entire skill, understanding what’s happening in your technique matters.

That understanding is what helps athletes build confidence, repeat the skill consistently, and know what to work on next.

The CJA Armory helps you see what’s happening through each phase of your skill so you can stop guessing and train with purpose.

From throwing a skill to owning that skill.

Understand it. Train it. Own it. 🔥

You can land the skill and still have technique to fix. 👀

When you hit a wall in your tumbling, it’s rarely because you don’t know how to do the skill. It’s usually one technical detail costing you power before you ever get to the landing.

In your round off, power is built rep by rep, detail by detail.

Coach’s POV: More reps aren’t the answer if you keep repeating the same mistake. 🚨

A rep shows you what happened. A correction tells you what needs to change in your technique. A drill trains the fix…Then you go rep it again.

The CJA Armory turns every rep into something you can actually train.

Rep. Correction. Drill. Repeat.
