We are so inspired by choirs who are use singing to RESIST! In New York, be sure to follow these three — all fierce organizations who gather people together to sing, activate and dream. @gaiamusiccollective - an NYC-based creative community seeking to foster a more connected world through collective music-making - communal music-making is a fundamental human practice! @resistancerevivalchorus - a collective of more than 60 women and nonbinary singers who join together to breathe joy and song into the resistance, and to uplift and center women’s voices. @st_lydias - A progressive LGBTQ-affirming congregation in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn working together to dispel isolation, reconnect neighbors, and subvert the status quo - praying and singing together moves us deeper into faith. We uplift these organizations as we work toward this year’s Climate Sings! Join us! #climatesing #resistancesongs by @theclimatesing
